摘要
传统的地方高校培养模式中,人文教育处于被挤压状态,处在教育的边缘地带,充当着装饰的角色.在转型发展背景下,地方高校在加大技能培养力度的同时,应该重视人文教育,通过转变以往的教育理念、提高教师人文素质、健全课程设置体系、以新的教学模式和多样化的实践实训及职业技能活动为手段,探索将职业技能培养与人文教育融合的途径,以培养更有职业潜能的全能型人才.
In the traditional training mode of local colleges and universities,humanistic education is in the state of being squeezed,also in the edge of education,plays a role of decoration.Under the background of transitional development of local colleges and universities,humanities education should be given a lot more attentions through the transformation of the educational concept,improving teachers’ humanistic quality,perfecting the curriculum system,the new teaching mode and diversified practice training and occupation skill activities as a means of exploring the occupation skill training and the humanities education,cultivating all-round talents more occupation potential.
