帕金森病患者冲动控制行为障碍分析及影响危险因素探究

目的：分析帕金森疾病患者冲动控制的行为障碍与相关影响的危险性因素.方法：选在我院治疗的帕金森疾病患者74例,将所选患者分成冲动控制的行为障碍组与非冲动控制的行为障碍组,每组37例,回顾分析患者的临床资料.结果：冲动控制的行为障碍组患者中DA-LEDD、病程与非冲动控制的行为障碍组相比,数值明显要比非冲动控制的行为障碍组患者的大,组间比较有明显的差异,P〈0.05.结论：帕金森疾病患者冲动控制的行为障碍和药物治疗、病程等因素相关,因此需要相关人员针对这些方面进行研究,以提高临床治疗效果.

Objective To analyze the behavior disorder and risk factors of impulsive control in patients with Parkinson's disease.Methods in our hospital treatment of74cases of patients with Parkinson disease,the selected patients into impulse control the behavior of groups and the behavior of impulse control disorder group,each group of37cases,retrospective analysis clinical data of patients.Results The behavior of the impulse control disorder patients in DA-LEDD,the course of the disease compared with the impulse control behavior disorder group,significant than the impulse control behavior disorder patients,more obvious differences between groups,P<0.05).Conclusion Impulse control the behavior of patients with Parkinson disease and drug treatment,course and other related factors,so you need to relevant personnel according to these aspects are studied,in order to improve the clinical therapeutic effect.
