序贯透析在预防血液透析相关性低血压中的效果研究

Study on the effect of sequential dialysis on the prevention of low blood pressure in hemodialysis

目的研究序贯透析预防血液透析相关性低血压的效果。方法选择2015年—2017年来我院就诊的慢性肾功能衰竭患者70例平均分为2组,对照组行传统透析方法,观察组接受序贯透析,比较2组透析过程中出现低血压现象。结果观察组透析过程中出现低血压的情况明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论序贯透析能够保证透析过程中患者的血压维持在稳定范围内,保证了透析治疗的安全,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective to study the effect of sequential dialysis on the prevention of low blood pressure in hemodialysis.Methods Based on the past two years（2015—2017） in patients with chronic renal failure in our hospital,the number of 70 cases,the patients were divided into two groups,the treatment of traditional dialysis method as the control group,the remaining patients received sequential dialysis for the observation group,the number of statistics in the process of dialysis patients with hypotension phenomenon.The effect of the difference analysis of two kinds of different dialysis methods.Results the occurrence of low blood pressure in patients with sequential dialysis method was significantly better than that in traditional dialysis methods（P〈0.05）.Conclusion the method of sequential dialysis treatment of patients,to ensure that the patient＇s blood pressure to maintain stability in the process of dialysis,a substantial reduction in the number of dialysis hypotension phenomenon appeared in the process of,guarantee the safety of the accepted dialysis patients and has high application value,is preferred to use in the treatment of kidney disease.
