低温等离子靶点消融术与臭氧结合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨低温等离子靶点消融术结合臭氧治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法本组研究对象为我院骨科2016年5月—2017年5月收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者,共87例,按照治疗方式分组,对照组(n=42)采取低温等离子靶点消融术治疗,观察组(n=45)在对照组基础上加用臭氧,比较2组临床疗效。结果2组术前VAS、ODI评分及直腿抬高度数比较无明显差异(P>0.05),2组术后3个月上述指标水平均明显优于本组术前,且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组优良率为95.6%,高于对照组的81.0%(P<0.05)。结论低温等离子靶点消融术与臭氧结合治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效优良,值得推广。 Objective to investigate the clinical effect of low temperature plasma target ablation combined with ozone in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods 87 patients with lumbar disc herniation were treated in our department of orthopedics from May 2016 to May ~2017,Methods the clinical data of the patients were analyzed retrospectively,Grouped according to treatment,The control group(n=42) was treated with low temperature plasma target ablation,The observation group(n=45)was treated with ozone based on the control group,The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results there was no significant difference between the two groups in preoperative VAS,ODI score and straight leg raising degree(P〈0.05),After 3 months,the scores of VAS and ODI in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,The straight leg raising degree was obviously higher than that of the control group,The two groups after 3 months after the above indicators were significantly better than the preoperative;The excellent and good rate of the observation group was 95.6%,Was higher than the control group 81%,There were significant differences(P〈0.05).Conclusion low temperature plasma target ablation combined with ozone in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation has good clinical efficacy and is worthy of promotion.
