左氧氟沙星联合头孢哌酮舒巴坦治疗老年肺炎临床效果观察

The clinical efficacy of Levofloxacin combined with Cefoperazone Sulbactam on senile pneumonia

目的探讨左氧氟沙星联合头孢哌酮舒巴坦治疗老年肺炎的临床疗效。方法选取78例老年肺炎病例,随机分为观察组(40例,给予左氧氟沙星+头孢哌酮舒巴坦)和对照组(38例,给予头孢哌酮舒巴坦),观察2组疗效。结果治疗后观察组痰培养细菌清除率90.1%,高于对照组的72.2%,但2组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合使用头孢哌酮舒巴坦和左氧氟沙星的治疗方案,较全面地覆盖了老年肺炎病原菌谱,能有效清除致病菌和控制病情,疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of levofloxacin combined with cefoperazone and sulbactam in the treatment of senile pneumonia.Methods 78 cases of senile pneumonia were divided into the observation group（40 cases were given levofloxacin ＋ cefoperazone Sulbactam）and the control group（38 cases,given Cefoperazone Shubatan）,and the curative effect of the two groups was observed.Results after treatment,the bacterial clearance rate in the observation group was 90.1%,higher than that in the control group（72.2%）.The total effective rate of two groups of antibacterial treatment was 95% and 86.8% respectively,and the clinical cure and apparent efficiency（28/40）of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group（17/38）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Combined of Cefoperazone Shubatan and levofloxacin can more comprehensively coverage the pathogens spectrum of senile pneumonia,which can effectively eliminate pathogens and control the disease,which worth of further study and promotion.
