消乳散结胶囊联合小金胶囊治疗乳腺增生疗效观察

Clinical observation on treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands with Xiaoru Sanjie capsule combined with Xiao Jin capsule

目的探讨消乳散结胶囊联合小金胶囊治疗乳腺增生的临床效果。方法将我院40例乳腺增生患者随机分成观察组(n=20)和对照组(n=20),观察组患者口服消乳散结胶囊联合小金胶囊,对照组患者口服小金胶囊,2组均以15 d为1个疗程,连服2疗程。结果观察组总有效率为90.0%,对照组总有效率为80.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论消乳散结胶囊联合小金胶囊治疗乳腺增生的疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Xiao Ru San Jie capsule combined with Xiao Jin capsule in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands. Methods According to the principle of parity 40 cases of breast hyperplasia were divided into observation group（n=20）and control group（n=20）,the observation group were given Xiaoru Sanjie capsule combined with Kim capsule,the control group were treated with Kim capsule,the two groups were 15 d for 1 courses,and even served 2 courses. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 80%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P0.01）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Xiao Ru San Jie capsule combined with Xiao Jin Capsule on hyperplasia of mammary glands is obvious,and it is worthy of clinical application.
