摘要
近年来,随着医院管理作用、地位的不断提升,对管理价值的认同逐渐提高,更加迫切地需要对行政职能部门绩效考核进行不同的探索和尝试。本文通过某医院在探索OA系统量化指标纳入职能部门绩效考核评价的应用,阐述了量化考核对职能部门绩效考核的重要作用。医院在工作实践中将OA系统功能与职能部门绩效考核相结合,促进了职能部门工作精细化、规范化运行,提升了工作效能。
In recent years,with the rising status and functions of hospital management,and the identification of management value is gradually improved,more urgent need for different exploration and attempt to evaluate the performance of administrative departments. Thro μgh exploring the quantitative index of OA system and the application of performance evaluation in administrative departments of some hospital,This paper expounds the important function of the quantitative assessment to the performance evaluation of the functional departments.First of all,thro μgh an overview of the performance appraisal work of administrative departments and the application of OA system,it shows the lack of application of OA system in performance evaluation.Then,through combing the function of OA system with the performance evaluation in practice of some hospital,it can promote the work finer and more standard and more efficiency. At the same time,it also analyzes the shortcomings of the promotion process.Finally,this paper sums up the positive effect of OA system applied in performance evaluation.
