手术室护理中舒适护理的应用探讨

Application of comfortable nursing in operation room

目的探讨舒适护理应用于手术室护理中的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年7月—2017年7月收治的手术治疗患者120例,随机分成2组各60例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组应用舒适护理,比较2组护理效果。结果 2组术前1d的SAS、SDS评分比较无明显差异(P>0.05);术后1 d观察组SAS、SDS评分均明显低于对照组,差异明显(P<0.05)。观察组舒适度评分总分为(107.2±10.4)分,高于对照组的(85.3±7.6)分,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理应用于手术室护理中的效果优良,值得推广。

Objective to explore the clinical effect of comfort nursing in operation room nursing.Methods Selected our hospital in July 2016 ~2017 July surgery treatment of 120 patients,They were randomly divided into two groups,60 cases each,The control group received routine care,The observation group was treated with comfortable nursing,The effect of two groups of nursing was compared.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in preoperative 1 d SAS and SDS scores（P〈0.05）.The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group after1 D were significantly lower than those in the control group and 1 d,The difference was obvious（P〈0.05）;The total score of comfort degree in observation group was（107.2＋10.4） points,Higher than the control group（85.3＋7.6）points,The difference was obvious（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Comfortable nursing applied in operation room nursing,the clinical effect is good,it is worth popularizing.
