摘要
目的探究白介素、MCP-1和VEGF与ME的相关性分析。方法选取我院在2015年1月至2016年12月期间收治的、符合纳入标准的白内障术后黄斑水肿(ME)患者150例(150眼)。收集并比较所有患者的黄斑区视网膜厚度、最佳矫正视力(BCVA)及多种细胞因子情况;分析黄斑区视网膜厚度与多种细胞因子之间关系。结果阴性组及阳性组术后1d及术后4周的BCVA均低于术前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);阳性组术后4周的BCVA较阴性组高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后4周,两组黄斑区视网膜厚度均有增加(F=3.85、3.18,P<0.05);阳性组IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8、IP-10、MCP-1及VEGF明显高于阴性组,差异具有统计学意义(t=32.93、21.35、11.33、21.45、15.92、6.32,P<0.05);阳性组IL-10及IL-12明显低于阴性组,差异具有统计学意义(t=6.72、17.09,P<0.05);IL-1β(OR=1.354,95%CI=1.017~1.802)、IL-6(OR=1.586,95%CI=1.049~2.398)、IL-8(OR=1.586,95%CI=1.049~2.398)、IL-10(OR=1.772,95%CI=1.054~2.978)、IL-12(OR=1.530,95%CI=1.079~2.168)、IP-10(OR=1.763,95%CI=1.104~2.816)、MCP-1(OR=1.770,95%CI=1.053~2.975)及VEGF(OR=1.925,95%CI=1.132~3.274)为术后是否发生ME的独立危险因素。结论白介素、MCP-1和VEGF与ME的发生密切相关。
Objective To explore the correlation between ME and interleukin,MCP-1 and VEGF in patients with cataract surgery. Methods 150 cases(150 eyes) with ME in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were included in the study.The data of Macular thickness,BCVA and multiple cytokines were collected and analyzed in all patients. The relationship between macular thickness and multiple cytokines were analyzed. Results The BCVA of patients in 1st day and 4th week after surgery were lower than those before surgery in negative group and positive group(P <0.05). The BCVA of patients in 4th week after surgeryin the positive group was higher than that in the negative group(P<0.05). The macular thickness of the two groups increased in 4th week after surgery(F=3.85,3.18,P<0.05). The levels of IL-1,IL-6,IL-8,IP-10,MCP-1 and VEGF in aqueous humor of patients in the positive group was higher than that in the negative group(t=32.93,21.35,11.33,21.45,15.92,6.32,P<0.05). The level of IL-10 and IL-12 in the positive group were significantly lower than those in the negative group(t=6.72,17.09,P<0.05). The IL-1β(OR=1.354,95%CI=1.017~1.802),IL-6(OR=1.586,95%CI=1.049~2.398),IL-8(OR=1.586,95%CI=1.049~2.398),IL-10(OR=1.772,95%CI=1.054~2.978),IL-12(OR=1.530,95%CI=1.079~2.168),IP-10(OR=1.763,95%CI=1.104~2.816),MCP-1(OR=1.770,95%CI=1.053~2.975) and VEGF(OR=1.925,95%CI=1.132~3.274) were positively related to ME. Conclusions Interleukin,MCP-1 and VEGF are closely related to the occurrence of ME.
