在振动筛上实现振动同步传动及试验研究 被引量:7

摘要 在自同步理论研究中,存在着一种现象,无直接驱动源的激振器仍能跟随另外一个或多个有源驱动的激振器同步运转,即称振动同步传动。针对直线振动筛的振动机构,应用Lagrange能量方程建立动力学模型,根据线性叠加原理得到系统稳态时的响应,利用时间双尺度法获取频率俘获方程,并给出直线振动筛实现"振动同步传动"的同步性判据及同步状态下的稳定性判据。在供电频率50Hz的试验条件下,测量得到电机2断电前后稳态时系统的响应及两激振器的相位差和转速,验证了理论方法的正确性,为直线振动筛在振动同步传动理论方面的应用提供了依据。 The principle that the non-powered motor rotates synchronously as the powered motor is called vibratory synchronization transmission. For line vibrating screen,the Lagrange equations were used to establish dynamic equations,according to the principle of linear superposition and two-time-scale approach,the steady-state response and frequency capture equation of the system is derived. Finally,gets the synchronization criterion and the stability criterion of synchronization state when the system is in state of vibratory synchronization transmission. Meanwhile,the experiment proceeds on the condition of 50 Hz power-supply frequency. With the acceleration sensor and the hall sensor measuring system,gets the image of the steady-state response,phase difference and speed of two exciters before and after motor 2 is cut off. The experiment verifies the effectiveness of the theory and method,which provides the basis for the application of line vibrating screen in vibratory synchronization transmission.
