料斗称重系统的仿真分析及试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 根据首钢京唐炼铁高炉入料烧结球团粒度检测的要求,研制了高精度物料粒度检测系统。该系统中每一粒级烧结球团的称重系统包含三只同型号、近似等边三角形分布的称重传感器。对该称重系统进行受力分析,建立了其数学模型,在Simulink环境下,对系统在阶跃信号激励时进行了仿真分析。在新乡四达公司,模拟生产现场的实际状况,以重量的阶跃信号作为称重系统的激励,进行了大量的烧结球团实物试验。试验结果验证了仿真结果的正确性,得到了准确的采样时间,为编写物料采样程序提供了依据。 According to the particle size measurement requirements forsintering pellets fed intothe blast furnace of Shougang Jingtang company,a high precision material size detection system is developed.The weighing system of each grain grade of sintering pellets contains three weighing sensors of the same type,which is installed approximately in an equilateral triangle shape.A mathematical model is established by analyzing the weighing system,andthenthe simulation is carried out with Simulink under theexcitation of step signal.In Xinxiang Sida company,a largenumber of experiments about sintered pellets are carried out,with the step signalof weight used as the incentives for the weighing system.The results of the experiments show that the results of the simulation are correct and the accurate sampling time is obtained,which provides the basis for the preparation of the samplingprogram.
