宽幅相机一体化焦面调整机构设计与精度分析 被引量:1

摘要 针对空间宽幅相机对调焦和调偏流的要求,设计了一种一体化焦面二维调整机构,能够同时实现调焦和调偏流功能,并基于蒙特卡罗法对机构进行了精度分析。机构总重12kg,调焦范围为(-4^+4)mm,调焦单元定位精度优于0.0045mm,调焦分辨力优于2.1μm;调偏流单元调偏流范围为(-5^+5)°,定位精度为1.48",调偏流分辨力优于0.18",各项指标均满足设计要求。一体化焦面二维调整机构结构紧凑,占用空间小,结构强度好,承载能力强,适用于大尺寸焦面空间相机。 According to the requirement of adjusting focus and drift angle for wide camera,an integrated two-dimensional adjusting mechanism is precision for focal plane,which can realized the purpose of adjusting the focus and drift angle at the same time. Precision analysis based on Monte Carlo method of the adjusting mechanism is carried out to ensure that the adjusting mechanism has enough precision. The quality of this structure is 12 kg. Its focusing range is(-4^+4)mm,positioning accuracy is0.0045 mm,and focusing resolution is 2.1μm. The adjustable range for drift angle is(-5^+5)°,positioning accuracy is 1.48 ",while resolution is better than 0.18". The results show that all the parameters meet the design requirements very well. The mechanism has the advantages of compact structure,light quality,small occupation space,good structural strength and strong bearing capacity which can meet the requirements of space wide field camera with large size focal plane.
