耐高温高湿灯具用有机硅胶粘剂性能的研究 被引量:2

摘要 以α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷(107胶)为基础聚合物,添加了碳酸钙、氧化铝等填料以及硅烷偶联剂甲基三甲氧基硅烷等助剂,制备了耐高温高湿灯具用有机硅胶粘剂。研究了无机粉体(碳酸钙,氧化铝复配),羟基清除剂(六甲基二硅氮烷),抗黄变剂(2,2'-亚甲基双(4,6-二叔丁基苯基)异辛烷氧基亚磷酸酯)以及有机钛催化剂等对胶粘剂相关性能的影响。结果表明:以钛酸四叔丁酯复合物为催化剂,填料为200 g[配比为m(碳酸钙)∶m(氧化铝)=1∶1]时,加入1 g羟基清除剂,0.5 g抗黄变剂,制备出的有机硅胶粘剂具有优异的耐高温高湿性能,在高温高湿环境中综合性能良好,不黄变。 In this paper,using α,ω-dihydroxypolydimethylsiloxane as the base polymer,and adding some additives,such as the inorganic powders(calcium carbonate, aluminium oxide, etc.), methyltrimethoxysilane,silane coupling agent,a silicone sealant for lamps was prepared, which can be used under the high temperature and high humidit environment.And the effects of the inorganic powder(mixture of calcium carbonate and alumina),hydroxyl scavengers(hexamethyldisilazane),anti-yellowing agents(2,2'-methylene bis(4,6-ditertbutyl phenyl) isooctenyloxy phosphite) and catalyst(titanium catalyst) on the properties of the sealant were investigated.The results show that when the catalyst is tetratertbutyl orthotitanate complex,the filler content is 200 parts and the weight ratio of calcium carbonate and aluminum oxide is 1∶1,and the amounts of the hydroxyl scavenger and the anti-yellowing agent are 1 part and 0.5 part,respectively,the obtained silicone sealant has excellent resistance to high temperature and high humidity,under the high temperature and high humidity environment it has good combined performance and has no yellowing.
