This paper systematically introduced the classifying approach of waste garment , the market value and social value according to the classifying of garment waste based onthe professional perspective , the original of waste garment. According to industry characteristic ,classifying of garment waste should be refined so that the value of garment waste could be maimize aeco-civilized city construction.
