摘要
目的 探讨C-反应蛋白(CRP)和降钙素原(PCT)检测在呼吸系统疾病患者诊断、治疗中的应用价值.方法 选取呼吸系统感染患者76例(细菌感染即观察A组34例、非细菌感染即观察B组42例)作为观察组,选取同期行健康体检的50例受检者作为对照组,对比各组研究对象CRP、PCT指标情况.结果 观察组治疗前CRP水平为(12.88±5.94) mg/L、PCT为(5.58±3.80) g/L,对照组分别为(0.74±0.55) mg/L、(1.32±0.31)g/L,两组差异均有统计学意义(tcrp=14.392,tpct=7.899,均P<0.05);治疗前观察A组CRP(16.60±3.82) mg/L,PCT(7.86±2.47) mg/L,均明显高于观察B组CRP(8.40±5.24) mg/L,PCT(3.16±2.70) g/L,两组差异均有统计学意义,(tcrp=7.627,tpct=7.836,均P<0.05);治疗后两项指标组间差异均无统计学意义(tcrp=0.417,tpct=0.709,均P>0.05).结论 CRP、PCT均与呼吸系统感染密切相关,通过测定该两项指标能够提高呼吸系统感染的诊断准确度,同时为临床治疗提供依据.
Objective To investigate the C-reactive protein (CRP) and calcitonin (PCT) in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with respiratory disease application value.Methods 76 patients with respiratory infection (bacterial infection observation of 34 cases of group A,B group of 42 cases of bacterial infection or observation) as observation group,and the same line health check-up patients of 50 cases as control group,were selected and the research object index of CRP and PCT were compared between the two groups.Results The CRP level before were selected in the observation group were (12.88 ± 5.94)mg/L,(5.58 ± 3.80)g/L,respectively,which in the control group were (0.74 ± 0.55) mg/L,(1.32 ± 0.31) g/L,respectively there was no statistically significant differencs between the two groups (tcRP =14.392,tPCT =14.392,all P < 0.05);The CRP and PCT levels before treatment in the observation group A were (16.60 ± 3.82) mg/L,(7.86 ± 2.47) mg/L,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the observation group B [(8.40 ± 5.24) mg/L,(3.16 ± 2.70) mg/L],the differences between the two groups was statistically significant (tCRP =7.627,tPCT =7.627,all P < 0.05);There were no statistically significant differencs in the two index after treatment between the two groups (tCRP =0.417,tPCT =0.417,P >0.05).Conclusion CRP and PCT are closely associated with respiratory system infection,and measuring the two indicators can improve the respiratory system infection diagnostic accuracy,at the same time provide guidance for clinical treatment.
