摘要 目的探讨不同年龄男性骨质疏松症患者骨密度及骨代谢指标的变化情况,为骨质疏松症防治提供科学依据。方法选取2015年1月-2017年2月确诊为骨质疏松症的男性患者202例作为研究对象,根据不同年龄分为40岁~49岁组、50岁~59岁组、60岁~69岁组、≥70岁组,分别测定骨密度与骨代谢指标并进行统计分析。结果腰椎正位1-4(L1-4)、Ward's三角(ward's)、左侧股骨颈(FN)的BMD在40岁~49岁组、50岁~59岁组、60岁~69岁组间逐渐降低;ALP在40岁~49岁组、50岁~59岁组、60岁~69岁组间逐渐升高,25-OH Vid、N-MID在40岁~49岁组、50岁~59岁组、60岁~69岁组及≥70岁组间逐渐降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高龄男性可能是影响骨质疏松症患者骨密度及骨代谢指标变化的重要危险因素。 Objective To investigate the changes of bone mineral density and bone metabolism in male patients with osteoporosis at different ages,so as to provide scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis. Methods 202 male patients with osteoporosis diagnosed from January 2015 to February 2017 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into 40-49 year-old group,50-59 year-old group,60-69 year-old group,≥70 year-old group. The bone mineral density and bone metabolic markers were measured and analyzed statistically. Results BMD of lumbar spine 1-4( L1-4),Ward’s triangle( ward’s),left femoral neck( FN) in the 40-49 year-old group,50-59 year-old group,60-69 year-old group gradually reduced; ALP in the 40-49 year-old group,50-59 year-old group,60-69 year-old group gradually increased,25-OH Vid,N-MID in the 40-49 year-old group,50-59 year-old group,60-69 year-old group,≥70 year-old group gradually reduced,and the differences were statistically significant( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Aging may be an important risk factor for bone mineral density and bone metabolism in male patients with osteoporosis.
