3D打印技术制造骨盆模型对DDH患者进行人工髋关节置换术的研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨3D打印技术制造骨盆模型对DDH患者进行人工髋关节置换术的临床效果。方法选择2016-06~2017-01来我院接受人工髋关节置换治疗的成人髋关节发育不良(developmental dysplasia of the hip in adults,DDH)84例患者作为研究对象,按照随机编号方法平均分为两组,分别为3D打印组和对照组。3D打印组DDH患者采用3D打印技术制造骨盆模型的方法进行治疗,对照组采用常规技术实施治疗。对比两组患者人工髋关节置换术结果情况,记录手术治疗时间、术中出血量、术后引流量指标数据,同时对患者治疗后效果进行统计分析,此外对术后并发症发生情况进行观察和统计。结果3D打印组患者手术操作时间、出血量、术后引流量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后两组患者Harris评分相比之前均有所好转,治疗后3D打印组患者Harris评分结果明显优于对照组(P<0.05),此外3D打印组患者治疗后并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 3D打印技术相比其他方法制造骨盆模型可以有效地提升DDH患者人工髋关节置换术的治疗效果,具有显著的并发症少、手术操作安全、可靠等优势,在临床治疗中具有理想的使用价值。 Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of artificial pelvis models with 3 D printing technology in the artificial hip arthroplasty for developmental dysplasia of the hip in adults( DDH) patients. Methods Eighty-four DDH patients receiving the artificial hip arthroplasty from June 2016 to January 2017 in our hospital were selected. The subjects were randomly and equally divided into two groups according to the registration number. The patients in 3 D group received the artificial pelvis models with 3 D printing technology,while the patients in control group received the conventional therapy. The operation time,the intraoperative bleeding volume,the postoperative drainage volume,the clinical efficacy and the incidence of complications were observed and compared. Results The operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume and postoperative drainage volume were significantly lower in 3 D group than control group( P〈 0. 05). After surgery,the Harris points in 3 D group were higher than that in control group( P 〈0. 05). The incidence of complications was significantly lower in 3 D group than in control group( P〈 0. 05). Conclusion During the artificial hip arthroplasty,the artificial pelvis models with 3 D printing technology can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the incidence of complications and increase the clinical safety and reliability.
