摘要
目的采用Meta分析评价右美托咪定预处理对全麻诱导期依托咪酯诱发肌阵挛的影响。方法检索Pub Med,Cochrane Library,CNKI,CAJD,维普期刊和万方数据库。收集关于右美托咪定预处理对依托咪酯诱发肌阵挛的随机对照试验(RCT),检索时限均从建库至2017年5月,同时检索纳入研究的参考文献。采用Rev Man5.3质量标准评价所纳入文献的质量。评价指标是肌阵挛的发生率。采用Rev Man5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果纳入8项研究,共681例受试者,Meta分析结果显示在全麻诱导期右美托咪定组对比生理盐水组依托咪酯诱发的肌阵挛明显减少(RR=0.41,95%CI 0.34-0.49,P<0.000 01)。结论右美托咪定可以减少全麻诱导期依托咪酯诱发的肌阵挛的发生。
Objective To evaluate the effect of dexmedetomidine pretreatment on etomidate-induced myoclonus during the induction of general anesthesia by Meta-analysis. Methods Pubmed,Cochrane Library,CNKI,CAJD,VIP and Wan Fang Data were searched up to May 2017. All randomized controlled trials( RCT) of dexmedetomidine pretreatment for etomidate-induced myoclonus were conducted.The quality of the literature was assessed and Meta-analysis was conducted by Review Manager 5. 3. Results A total of 681 patients undergoing general anesthesia from 8 trials were enrolled. The results showed that the etomidate-induced myoclonus in dexmedetomidine group was significantly lower than that in saline group( RR = 0. 41,95% CI 0. 34-0. 49,P 〈0. 000 01). Conclusion Dexmedetomidine can reduce the incidence of etomidate-induced myoclonus during the induction of general anesthesia.
