摘要
再造烟叶企业生产中二沉出水中的有机物存在降解难度大,具体表现为水质中TCOD及色素的含量偏高,在污水处理中企业多用聚合氯化铝(PAC),其絮凝效果一般,造成外排水不易达标。为了使污水排放指标达标,本试验首先对二沉出水水质进行分析,然后开展了聚合硫酸铁(PFS)助凝、助沉效果分析,PFS用量分析,TCOD与PFS的用量关系分析,达标排放分析,与现有处理工艺比对分析,成本变更核算,处理效果与二沉出水pH关系分析。结果显示:在试验室条件下,采用PFS取代PAC处理二沉出水可有效降低出水的TCOD和色度,其出水标准可达到二级排放标准;通过降低二沉出水的pH值,可有效降低PFS的含量;经PFS处理后的液体pH值控制在4.5~5.5之间时,才能有效降低TCOD和色度;经PFS处理后的液体经气浮后需调节pH值,才能进行排放。这些结果为PFS在再造烟叶污水处理中的应用提供了技术支撑。
The degradation of organic matter in the secondary wastewater from paper-process reconstituted tobacco enterprise is difficult. The content of TCOD and pigment is higher in the wastewater. The companies use PAC in wastewater treatment, but the flocculation effect is not very well, and caused by external drainage unease reaching the standard. In order to make the wastewater discharge index reaching standard, firstly, this experiment analyzes the water quality of the secondary wastewater, and then analyzes the effect of PFS coagulation and assisted sedimentation, and analyzes the dosage of PFS, and analyzes TCOD relation with the dosage of PFS, and analyzes the external drainage reaching the standard, and analyzes comparing with the existing process, and analyzes cost accounting changes, and analyzes the treatment effect relation with p H of secondary wastewater. The results show that the TCOD and chromaticity of the water outlet can be effectively reduced by PFS instead of PAC treatment in the laboratory conditions, and the wastewater standard could reaching II-class discharge standard. The PFS content can be effectively reduced by lowering the p H value of the secondary wastewater. After PFS treatment, the p H value of the liquid should be controlled between 4.5 and 5.5 to effectively reduce the TCOD and chromaticity. After PFS treatment, the liquid will need to adjust the p H value before it can be discharged. These results provide technical support for the application of PFS in the reconstituted tobacco treatment.
