鼻腔肿瘤术后应用顺铂化疗患者行个性化护理模式的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Individualized Nursing Model for Postoperative Cisplatin Chemotherapy in Patients with Nasal Cavity Tumor

目的探讨鼻腔肿瘤术后应用顺铂化疗患者实施个性化护理模式的效果分析及对其不良情绪的影响。方法选取我院收治的100例鼻腔肿瘤患者,随机分为对照组(50例)和研究组(50例),对照组患者在鼻腔肿瘤术联合顺铂化疗的基础上采取常规护理措施,研究组患者在鼻腔肿瘤术联合顺铂化疗的基础上加强个性化护理模式。观察两组患者的临床有效率、护理前后生存质量以及患者对护理的满意程度,并进行分析比较。结果研究组的临床有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理质量显著优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对鼻腔肿瘤术后应用顺铂化疗患者实施个性化护理模式能够缓解患者不良情绪,提高治疗满意度。

Objective To analyze the effect of individualized nursing model for patients with nasal cavity tumor after cisplatin chemo-therapy and its influence on the adverse emotions. Methods A total of 100 patients with nasal tumor who were admitted to our hospital were divided into control group （n=50） and research group （n=50） according to the random digital method. Patients in the control group received the conventional care measurements, the patients in the research were given individualized nursing model based on conventional care meas-urements. The treat effect, quality of life, and patient satisfaction with nursing before and after care were recorded for analysis. Results The clinical efficacy rate of patients in research group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in research group was significantly lower than that in control group （P〈0.05）. The care quality of patients in research group was sig-nificantly better than that in control group （P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of patients in the research group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Patients with nasal cavity tumors treated with cisplatin are more effective in individualized nursing model after operation. The clinical utilization rate is high, nursing satisfaction is significantly reduced, and patients＇ bad emotions are relieved.
