摘要
本文首先分析大学西点教学的现状,然后就大学西点教学中翻转课堂使用的可行性展开分析,最后就翻转课堂在大学西点教学中的实践操作,提出改变教学观念、有效利用多媒体教学、提高学生课堂的互动频率等措施。
This paper first analyzed the status quo of western style pastry teaching, then the feasibility of the use of the overturned class was analyzed, mainly in three aspects, that is, the feasibility of the conversion of students’ roles, the feasibility of improving the students’ practical ability and the feasibility of improving the students’ learning efficiency, finally turning practice teaching in the classroom at the university of west, the change of teaching the concept of teaching, the effective use of multimedia teaching methods, improve students classroom interaction frequency and other measures.
