摘要
目的:建立人参饮品中人参皂甙含量的测定方法。方法:采用分光光度法对人参总皂甙含量进行测定,高效液相法对人参皂甙单体Re、Rg_1、Rb_1含量进行测定。结果:采用分光光度法测定人参总皂甙,标准曲线Y=0.005 0X+0.004 0,相关系数R2=0.998 2,表明人参皂甙Re含量在20~100μg有良好的线性关系。回收率可达到92.5%~101.7%,表明采用本方法测定饮品中人参总皂甙含量的准确性较高。液相色谱法对皂甙单体的测定,是对药典方法的改进,能有效提高工作效率,得到准确数据,通过对方法学考察,其精密度、稳定性、重现性、回收率均表现良好。结论:该方法操作性强,准确高效,可满足检验检测需求。
Objective: A method for the simultaneous of ginseng saponins was established for the ginseng beverage. Methods: Using spectrophotometry for determination of content of total saponins of ginseng, HPLC method for the ginseng saponins monomer Re, Rg1, Rb1 content determination. Results: The standard curve Y =0.005 0X+0.004 0, and the correlation coefficient R2=0.998 2, indicating that the content of ginsenoside Re content in the range of 20 ~ 100 μg is good linear relationship. The recovery rate can reach 92.5%~ 101.7%, indicating that the accuracy of total saponins in beverages is high. Performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the determination of saponins monomer, is the improvement of pharmacopoeia method, can effectively improve the work efficiency, to get accurate data, by researching the other law, its precision, stability, repeatability and recovery were performed well. Conclusion: The method is operable, accurate and efficient, and can meet the needs of inspection and testing.
