摘要
通过对小麦中镉和总砷的检测,我们发现,镉在小麦中分布较均匀,而总砷主要分布在小麦的表层,因此,为了更精确的检测小麦中重金属含量,前处理方法是关键。样品粉碎后,小麦麸皮与胚乳分离,麸皮密度小,胚乳密度大,样品很难混合均匀,由于每次只称取0.3~0.5g样品进行微波消解,当我们称取的麸皮多或者麸皮少时,得到的检测结果差别较大,因此,摸索探讨粉碎方法,能够有效的控制样品的均匀性,从而提高检测准确度。
Through the detection of cadmium and total arsenic in wheat, we found that cadmium distributes more evenly in wheat, while total arsenic is mainly distributed on the surface of wheat. Therefore, in order to detect more heavy metals in wheat, pretreatment is the key.
