摘要
介绍了伽马总量测井探管的工作原理、研制方案、电子电路设计、校准方法等。研制了HD-4002型综合测井仪的伽马总量测井探管,测量范围:(0~5)%e U;准确性:在(0.01~5)%e U范围内测量误差≤±5%;灵敏度:约为295(0.01%e U·s)-1;铀含量灵敏度系数:(30.1±0.8)n C/(kg·h·0.01%e U),可用于铀含量的定量测量。所研制的伽马总量测井探管性能稳定、可靠,灵敏度高,符合铀矿地质行业伽马测井规范的要求,并已应用于铀矿勘查测井工作中。
bBased on the introduction on the principle, the developing scheme, the design of electronic circuit and the method of parameter calibration for γ logging probe, a γ logging probe was developed for HD-4002 comprehensive logging system. The logging probe is with the measurement range of(0—5)% e U, accuracy error ≤ ±5%(in measurement range(0.01—5)% e U), sensitivity of about 295(0.01%e U · s)-1, and(30.1±0.8)n C/(kg·h·0.01%e U) sensitivity coefficient of uranium content. The γ logging probe can be used for the quantitative measurement of uranium content. The probe is stable and reliable, and high in sensitivity. Therefor it can meet the specification requirements for γ logging in uranium Geology industry and was used in uranium exploration.
