摘要
针对金冠铜业保温炉普通空气助燃烧嘴存在的能耗高、烟气量大等问题,根据阳极炉全氧烧嘴的使用经验,将全氧燃烧技术应用于金冠铜业保温炉实际生产上。主要介绍该技术及应用情况;同时针对存在问题进行了改进。
According to the experience of using oxygen burner in anode furnace, the technology of total oxygen combustion was applied to the actual production of the holding furnace of Jinguan Copper Industry for the problems such as high energy consumption and large amount of flue gas in ordinary air combustion combustor of Jinguan Copper Industry Holding Furnace. This paper mainly introduces the technology and application situation; at the same time, it improves the existing problems.
