摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)对地质样品中锡分析方法进行了研究,对仪器分析测试条件及方法的准确度、精密度、不确定度、检出限作了相应的讨论。通过实验研究表明本方法准确、可靠,操作简便、快速。
The method of tin analysis in geological samples was studied by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-OES). The accuracy, precision, uncertainty and detection limit of instrumental analysis conditions and methods were discussed. The experimental study shows that the method is accurate, reliable, easy to operate and fast.
