摘要
对TC10钛合金进行了不同应变速率、变形程度和变形温度的热模拟压缩实验,并观察了不同参数热变形的流动应力变化情况。结果表明:TC10钛合金属于温度和应变速率敏感型材料,其流动应力随着变形温度的升高而降低,随应变速率的增加而升高。两相区变形的真应力-真应变曲线为典型的动态再结晶应力-应变曲线,表现为流动应力先快速升高然后迅速下降继而平缓波动的趋势。
The thermal simulation compression experiment of TC10 titanium alloy with different strain rate, deformation degree and deformation temperature was studied, and the change of the flow stress of different thermal deformation was observed. The results indicated that: TC10 titanium alloys are sensitive materials of temperature and strain rate. The flow stress decreases with the increase of deformation temperature and increases with the increase of strain rate. The true stress-strain curves of the two-phase region are typical of dynamic recrystallization stress-strain curves. It shows the trend of the flow stress for firstly rapid increase and descent, and then gradual fluctuation.
