金冠铜业分公司采用浮选工艺对熔炼炉渣中的有价金属铜进行回收利用,实际生产中采用两次粗选、三次精选、三次扫选的浮选工艺,通过控制磨矿细度及药剂制度等有效提高铜的回收率。

Jinguan copper branch recycles copper from slag produced by melting furnace using flotation process,the production applies a flotation flow of twice roughing,three cleaning and three scavenging,through controling the size of ore grinding and the dosage of flotation reagent to increase the percent recovery of copper effectively.
