摘要 作为现场的基本管理模式,自5S推出以来,被广泛地运用于金属零件加工企业。5S是以创造明快整洁的工作环境为目的,是企业现场管理的基础。5S推进的明显的效果就是减少浪费,降低成本,提升品质,保障安全。无论是第一第二还是第三产业,5S的推进效果直接影响到企业的发展和形象。甚至可以说,5S是评价企业经营状况好坏的基准。在当下竞争日益激烈的大环境下,机械加工企业给客户的印象尤为重要。如何给客户一个良好的第一印象并有进一步的合作,是每个金属零件加工企业必须面临的课题。 As the basic management mode on the spot, since 5S was introduced, it is widely used in metal parts processing enterprises. 5S is aimed at creating a clean and tidy working environment, and is the foundation of enterprise on-site management. The obvious effect of 5S propulsion is to reduce waste, reduce costs, improve quality, and ensure safety.
