摘要
锅炉在工业生产中是一种常见的设备,它可以输出具有一定热能的蒸汽、高温水或是有机热载体。每次对锅炉的停炉清洗或是内部检验时,在底部、壁管、集箱等部位都会有水垢沉积。这些水垢的危害极大,不仅浪费能源,还会对锅炉本身产生严重危害。本文从工业锅炉水垢的危害入手,分析出形成水垢的影响因素,最后提出几点预防措施,旨在提高锅炉的使用效率,提高锅炉的安全性能。
Boiler is a kind of common equipment in industrial production. It can output steam, high temperature water or organic heat carrier with certain heat energy. Every time the boiler stops cleaning or internal inspection, there is scale deposition in the bottom, wall pipe, header and other parts. These scales have great harm, not only a waste of energy, but also a serious harm to the boiler itself. Starting from the harm of scale of industrial boiler, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of scale formation, and finally puts forward some preventive measures, in order to improve the use efficiency of boiler and improve the safety performance of boiler.
