摘要
现代发电厂在特定环节需要使用高频大功率变压器。为了满足电气性能需求,必须在变压器内架设铜板进行电屏蔽,这也增大了变压器内部金属构件的焊接难度。文章从实际出发,对变压器内部金属构件焊接性进行分析,制定新的焊接工艺。
Modern power plants need high frequency and high-power transformers in specific links. In order to meet the demand of electrical performance, it is necessary to set up copper plate in the transformer to shield the electricity, which also increases the welding difficulty of the internal metal components of the transformer. From the practical point of view, the welding of metal components in the transformer is analyzed, and a new welding process is made.
