从民机与高铁新材料开发谈中国制造业的创新

Innovations in China's Manufacturing Industry Talked from Development Process of New Generation of Materials for High-Speed Trains and Civil Aircrafts

东北轻合金研发团队经历了65年的历史,曾经在不同的历史时期发挥了重要作用,获得了一批成果。最近刚在新一代高铁材料和民用飞机材料研究开发过程中获得标志性成果,获得了丰厚的经济效益和社会效益。笔者通过梳理和总结这两个创新案例的同时,研读十九大报告,学习国家创新战略要求,有所发现和思考。整理出目前中国制造业创新领域的差距并展明确了下一步发展的方向。

The Research and Development team of the Northeast Light Alloy Co., Ltd. has gone through sixty‐five years of history, and had played important roles in the different periods in the history of new China, and had achieved a batch of results, and lately just obtained the landmark achievements in resarch and development of the new generation of the materials for the high‐speed trains and civil airplanes, and thus has gained abundant effects in economy and society. The author has got some findings and reflection through combing and summarization of the two cases for innovations and in the same time together with deeply reading the report of the nineteenth national congress of CPC and studying the requriements of the national innovation strategy, and thus has sorted out the current gap in the field of the innovation in the China's manufacturing industry and definitely showed the direction of its development in the next step.
