摘要
铸造铝合金在众多领域当中都具有较高的应用价值,但在盐溶液环境当中,由于电化学腐蚀造成的损耗常常导致其失效。基于此,本文就铸造铝合金在盐溶液中的电化学腐蚀行为展开研究,主要利用了失重法、电化学极化测试、电化学阻抗图谱等手段,并将铸造合金与工业纯铝进行了试验对比,以期为后期相关铸造铝合金产品的腐蚀预防研究提供有效参考。
Cast aluminum alloy has high application value in many fields, but in the salt solution environment, the loss caused by electrochemical corrosion often leads to its failure. Based on this, this paper studied the electrochemical corrosion behavior of cast Aluminum Alloy in salt solution, the main use of the weight-loss method, electrochemical polarization test, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and other means, and will cast alloy and pure aluminum have been investigated, in order to make Aluminum Alloy later cast corrosion products provide the effective reference research prevention.
