摘要
浇注控制液压系统是倾转式金属铸造的关键环节,分析了倾转式金属铸造浇注控制技术发展现状,阐述了倾转式金属铸造浇注控制系统组成和工作过程,设计了倾转式金属铸造浇注设备液压系统,对提高我国金属铸造浇注过程自动化水平具有借鉴意义。
Casting control hydraulic system is the key link of tilting metal casting, the development status of casting control technology of tilting metal casting is analyzed, the composition and working process of casting control system of tilting metal casting are introduced, the hydraulic system of tilting metal casting device is designed, which is of great significance to improve the automation level of casting process of metal casting in China.
