摘要
根据现有的硬齿面插齿刀受构形方法的限制,不能满足加工高精度硬齿面齿轮的要求。提出了硬齿面插齿刀的新构形方法——凸曲前刀面的硬齿面插齿刀。新构形的插齿刀,获得了较高的构形精度和合理的切削刃切削角度,并提高了抗崩刃能力,使硬质合金的性能得以很好的发挥。
According to the existing shaping method of the hardened tooth shaper cutter, it can not meet the requirement of machining the hardened tooth surface with high precision. A new configuration method of the hardened tooth shaper cutter is presented. The new profile gear shaper achieves high profile accuracy and reasonable cutting angle of the cutting edge, and improves the chipping resistance so that the performance of the cemented carbide can be well exerted.
