摘要
目的:用CBCT测量方法观察中西部人群健康上颌前牙唇侧骨板厚度等相关解剖数据。方法:选取300名咬合正常且上颌前牙健康者的CBCT影像资料,用CBCT系统自带软件分别测量患者上颌中切牙、侧切牙、尖牙的牙槽骨嵴顶下1 mm(T1)、根中部(T2)及根尖部(T3)的唇侧骨板厚度。结果:牙槽骨嵴顶下1 mm、根中部、根尖部的唇侧骨板厚度(mm)平均值,中切牙分别为0.95±0.31、1.00±0.37、1.53±0.78,侧切牙分别为0.87±0.33、0.71±0.46、1.30±0.90,尖牙分别为0.97±0.41、0.60±0.51、1.05±0.86;中切牙唇侧骨板厚T1度小于T3(P<0.05);侧切牙、尖牙3个测量位点的骨板厚度均以T2最小,T3最大(P<0.05)。T1、T2、T3唇侧骨板厚度≥2 mm者在受试者中所占的比例(%),中切牙分别为0.8%、1.8%、26.2%,侧切牙分别为0、0.8%、18.7%,尖牙分别为1.2%、1.0%、14.8%。上颌前牙唇侧骨板厚度男、女间相比,除在中切牙的T3两者有明显差异(P<0.05)外,其余部位均无统计学差异(P>0.05);不同年龄段之间相同牙位同一测量位点相比,除在T3及侧切牙T2有显著差异(P<0.05)外,其余均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:中西部人群中正常咬合者健康上颌前牙的唇侧骨壁厚度普遍薄弱。
AIM: To investigate facial alveolar bone thickness overlying healthy maxillary anterior teeth measured by CBCT. METHODS: CBCT data from 300 subjects with healthy maxillary anterior teeth were included.The labial alveolar bone thickness of maxillary anterior teeth at the levels of 1 mm apical to bone crest( T1),mid-root( T2) and apical point( T3) was respectively measured using software. RESULTS: For central incisors T1,T2 and T3 was 0. 95 ± 0. 31 mm,1. 00 ± 0. 37 mm and 1. 53 ± 0. 78 mm( T1 vs T3,P < 0. 05); for lateral incisors0. 87 ± 0. 33 mm,0. 71 ± 0. 46 mm and 1. 30 ± 0. 90 mm( P < 0. 05); for canine 0. 97 ± 0. 41 mm,0. 60 ± 0. 51 mm and 1. 05 ± 0. 86 mm( P < 0. 05),respectively. The percent occurrence of the thickness ≥2 mm at T1,T2 and T3 for central incisors was 0. 8%,1. 8% and 26. 2%,for lateral incisors 0,0. 8% and 18. 7%,for canine 1. 2%,1. 0%and 14. 8%,respectively. There was no significant difference about the thickness between gender,except at T2 of the central incisors. There was no significant difference of thickness of the maxillary anterior teeth among different age,except at T3 and T2 of lateral incisors. CONCLUSION: The thin labial alveolar bone overlying healthy maxillary anterior teeth is prevalent weak in the people with normal occlusion.
