新疆喀什地区维吾尔族青年微笑特征分析

An assessment of the posed smile in Xinjiang Kashi area Uyger adolescents

目的:分析新疆喀什地区个别正常牙合维吾尔族青年微笑特征。方法:用数码相机采集150名新疆喀什地区15~20岁个别正常牙合维吾尔族青年动态微笑视频,获取姿势性微笑图像,用计算机软件分析笑线类型和微笑指数、微笑对称率、颊隙率、牙龈暴露指数、牙齿暴露数目等微笑特征指标。结果:个别正常牙合的维吾尔族青年微笑时,男性高位、中位、低位笑线分别为21.4%、55.7%、22.9%,女性分别为26.2%、56.3%、17.5%(χ~2=44.899,P<0.05),除微笑指数男(6.426±2.634)、女(7.392±2.296)间有显著差异性(P<0.05)外,其余各微笑指标在性别间均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:新疆喀什地区维吾尔族青年以中位笑线居多,微笑指数、微笑对称率等微笑指标性别间均无显著差异。

AIM: To study the characteristics of smiling of the Uygur youths in Xinjiang,Kashi.METHODS: A dynamic smile video of 150 Uygur youths aged 15 ~ 20 years in Kashi was collected by digital camera.Computer software was used to analyze the smile characteristics. RESULTS: When the Uygur youths were smiling,the high smile line,median smile line and low smile linein of the males were 21. 4%,55. 7% and 22. 9%,in the females were 26. 2%,56. 3% and 17. 5%,respectively( χ~2= 44. 899,P < 0. 05),Smile index( %) of the males and females was 6. 436 ± 2. 634 and 7. 392 ± 2. 296 respectively( P < 0. 05),no significant difference of other smile indexes was observed between genders. CONCLUSION: The median smileline is popular in Uygur youths in Xinjiang,Kashi. The smile type distribution is different between genders,but the smile indexes were mostly not.
