信息化助推云南农村基础教育精准扶贫模式初探

A Research on the Mode of Education Targeted Poverty Alleviation under the View of Educational Information

教育在精准扶贫中具有基础性和持续性的作用。云南农村基础教育存在教育经费投入不足、师资力量长期薄弱、教育信息化滞后、农村重视教育观念减弱等问题。本文通过借鉴先进经验与典型案例,利用教育信息化助推基础教育精准扶贫,尝试初步构建云南农村基础教育精准扶贫模式。对云南基础教育精准扶贫的下一步发展提出建议。

Education plays a fundamental and sustainable role in targeted poverty alleviation.There are many problems in fundamental education of rural Yunnan such as lacking of investment in education、the weakness of faculty、lagged in development of Educational information、the fade of the awareness of attaching importance to education in rural areas, etc. This thesis Use information technology to promote the basic education of targeted poverty alleviation with the help of advanced experience and typical cases, trying to construct a mode about the targeted poverty alleviation of Yunnan rural areas. We will give some advice on long-term development of the targeted poverty alleviation of Yunnan rural areas.
