公共财政支出对新型城镇化建设的影响——基于省级面板数据的研究

The Impact of Public Finance Expenditure on New Urbanization: A Research on Provincial Panel Data Based on Provincial Level

基于2007-2015年的省级面板数据,通过实证分析公共财政支出总额变量及结构变量对于新型城镇化建设的影响,得到无论是公共财政支出变量总额还是结构变量都能显著地推动城镇化发展的结论。不过也存在公共财政支出结构各项目比重失衡等问题值得探讨。对我国当前实际提出了有针对性建议。

Based on the provincial panel data from 2007 to 2015, the influences of total public expenditure variables and structural variables on the new urbanization construction are studied. And the conclusion is that both of them can be used to promote the development of urbanization, whether it is the total amount of public expenditure or structural variables. However, there are also problems such as the imbalance of the proportion of public finance expenditure structure. It attempts to present the current practical recommendations in China to promote the healthy development of new urbanization.
