摘要
以唐山师范学院承担的教育部幼师国培示范项目为例,依据OTP模型,从基于教育行政管理部门的组织分析、基于教师职业素质的任务分析、基于教师主观愿望的个人分析等三个方面对幼儿教师培训需求进行了深入、全面的探析,并对其加以整合,确定培训目标、主题与课程,形成培训方案,并依据培训的实际情况对如何改进和利用培训需求分析提出了具体建议。
Based on the OTP model, this study takes the national training demonstration project for preschool teachers which is undertaken by Tangshan Normal University as an example, and analyzes the training requirements for teachers from three aspects: organization analysis based on the education administration, task analysis based on the teacher’s professional quality; personal analysis based on the teacher’s subjective wishes. The integration is made to propose a training program including objectives, topics and courses. The specific suggestions are put forward on how to use requirement analysis on the actual situation of the training.
