Since the reform and opening up,the strategic arrangement of socialism with Chinese characteristics has gone through three developments from three steps to three new steps,and then to the two steps proposed by Xi Jinping. The ＂ two steps＂ strategic steps are more specific,detailed and ambitious,and pay more attention to the comprehensive and coordinated development. Based on the height of global development,it is the innovation and development of the strategic arrangement of socialism with Chinese characteristics. ＂ Two steps＂ provides theoretical support and power source of the target for the modernization construction of our country,safeguard the fundamental interests of the people,and make our country better able to deal with the international challenges for the development of the world with Chinese strength.
