管道正交三通马鞍划线工具的研制与应用

针对施工现场管道三通马鞍借助实物样板画下料线的方法,存在操作时的繁琐性、工作效率低、受野外施工现场环境限制等问题,研制了一种管道三通马鞍划线工具。文章主要介绍了管道三通马鞍划线工具的技术特点、结构、原理、使用方法和现场应用效果。经过施工现场尝试与实践证明,该管道正交三通马鞍划线工具明显缩短操作时间、提高管道三通马鞍的划线效率,具有较好的实用性和可靠性。

In view of the method of drawing the cutting line of the three-way saddle of the pipeline in the construction site withthe aid of the material sample, there are some problems such as the triviality of operation, the low working efficiency and the re-striction of the field construction site environment, etc. A saddle marking tool for three-way pipe was developed. This paper mainlyintroduces the technical characteristics, structure, principle, application method and field application effect of saddle marking tool forthree-way pipeline. It has been proved that the crossing saddle drawing tool can shorten the operation time and improve the drawingefficiency of the three-way saddle, and it has good practicability and reliability.
