摘要
散装补强材料通过皮带轮在传送带上运输,导航相机找到补强材料后,计算机控制系统根据需要贴合的工程图上补强位置的解析,发出指令驱动SCARA机器人来完成对补强材料的抓取,拍照和贴合动作,这种贴补强的方法贴合补强的效率可达1.6PCS/S,贴合精度在100μm以内,在贴合散装补强材料上是一种可行的实现方法。
The bulk reinforcing material is transported on the conveyor belt through the pulley. After the navigation camera findsthe reinforcing material,the computer control system analyzes the stiffening position according to the engineering drawing that needsto be fitted together. An instruction is issued to drive the SCARA robot to capture,photograph,and stiffen the reinforcing material,which can be as efficient as 1.6 PSC/S. The stiffening accuracy is less than 100 滋m,and it is a feasible method to realize the stiff-ening in bulk reinforcing material.
