For many years,forestry engineering has some problems such as loose management,closed operation,deviation frommarket,poor economic benefit and poor engineering quality. At the same time,with the implementation of the country＇s deepeningreform, other construction industries have transformed mechanisms, so the market has become extremely active, which has alsobrought new ideas and provides new opportunities for forestry engineering infrastructure. Therefore,forestry construction reform is im-perative. The implementation of project construction standardizes the behavior of forestry construction enterprises,so the reform offorestry engineering construction must depend on project construction.
