建筑工程造价管理存在的问题及对策

国民经济水平的提高促进我国建筑行业市场的发展,一方面建筑企业有了更为广阔的发展前景,另一方面也使建筑企业面临的市场竞争压力在不断提高。为适应市场变化,建筑企业就需要从提高核心竞争力入手。对于建筑行业来说,在保证建筑工程质量的情况下,控制造价成本能够有效提高企业的经济效益,帮助企业在激烈的市场竞争中脱颖而出。因此,建筑企业需要通过科学合理的建筑造价管理工作来实现工程造价控制。目前,我国建筑行业在造价管理方面还存在一些问题,导致工程造价管理活动无法充分发挥作用,影响企业的健康持续发展。文章从工程造价管理的重要意义入手,阐述当前我国建筑企业工程造价管理中的问题,并有针对性地提出相应的对策,旨在为我国建筑企业健康持续发展提供建议。

The improvement of the national economy level promotes the development of the market of construction industry inChina. On the one hand,the construction enterprises havea broader development prospect; on the other hand,the pressure frommarket competition faced by the construction enterprises is constantly rising. In order to adapt to market changes,construction enter-prises need to improve their core competitiveness. For the construction industry,in the case of ensuring the quality of constructionprojects,cost control can effectively improve the economic benefits of enterprises and help enterprises to stand out in the fierce mar-ket competition. Therefore,construction enterprises need scientific and reasonable construction cost management to achieve projectcost control. At present,there are still some problems in the cost management of construction industry in China,which make theproject cost management activities unable to play a full role,thus affecting the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises.This paper starts with the important significance of project cost management,expounds the problems in the construction cost manage-ment of our country＇s construction enterprises,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures. The purpose of this paper is to pro-vide suggestions for the healthy and sustainable development of Chinese construction enterprises.
