Profibus现场总线在DCS应用中的故障诊断及处理

基于国产DCS的Profibus现场总线控制系统在国电肇庆热电有限公司大旺热电厂的主厂房及全厂辅控系统中全面应用并已成功投运,文章主要罗列分析一些Profibus现场总线在应用中出现的如通讯异常、数据跳变、设备掉线,或由于设计不合理、施工不规范及设备自身缺陷等原因所导致常见的故障,介绍对FCS系统进行故障诊断及处理的管理软件、诊断工具,以提高系统的稳定性和可靠性。

The Profibus Fieldbus Control System （FCS） based on domestic DCS （Distributed Control System） has been fully ap-plied in major plant and auxiliary control system of Dawang Thermal Power Plant of Guodian Zhaoqing Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.,and has been successfully put into operation. This paper mainly lists and analyzes some Profibus fieldbus in application,such ascommunication anomalies,data jump,equipment drop line,or common malfunctions caused by unreasonable design,nonstandardconstruction,or the defect of the equipment itself,and introduces the management software and the diagnosis tool for FCS systemfault diagnosis and treatment,in order to improve the stability and reliability of the system.
