重锤关机阀在某电厂的运用研究

摘要 某电厂安装有两台灯泡贯流式机组,机组额定出力为6MW。原机组配有重锤,但在油路失压时却无法保证导叶可靠关闭。就目前较常用的在调速系统增加重锤关机阀的方法,因受到现场各种外在因素影响,很多电厂并未达到预期的目的和效果。所以有必要对运用的每个环节进行研究试验,为加装该阀提供科学的方法。 Two bulb tubular units are installed in a power plant with a rated output of 6 MW. The original unit is equippedwith a weight hammer,but the guide vane can not be reliably closed when the oil line is out of pressure. Although the commonlyused method has been adopted to increase the weight hammer shutoff valve in the speed regulating system at present,due to the in-fluence of various external factors,many power plants have not achieved the expected purpose and effect. Therefore,it is necessaryto research and test each link in order to provide a scientific method for installing the valve.
