有价证券诈骗犯罪案件不仅侵犯公民公私财产所有权而且严重危害着国家对于有价证券的正常管理秩序,通过分析有价证券诈骗案件的特点,提出了有价证券诈骗案件的侦查途径、侦查取证策略和侦查启示,以期为侦查机关有效打击有价证券犯罪提供理论参考。

Securities fraud crimes not only infringe on their citizen’s public and private property ownership and cause serious damage to the country to the normal management order of the securities. This paper analyses the characteristics of securities fraud cases, and puts forward the way of securities fraud cases investigation, the investigation evidence collection strategy and their enlightenment, in order to investigation organ effectively crack down on the crime of securities to provide theoretical reference.
