Through the analysis of European “Lone Wolf” attacks, summarize the characteristics of “Lone Wolf” attacks, put forward the emergency disposal by dimensional monitor, fast searching, eliminate danger and rescue, also propound preventive measures about strengthen information acquisition, set up the early warning system, curb extreme ideology diffuse, improve the ability of public security control and deepen international cooperation against terrorism, in order to effective dispose and prevent “Lone Wolf” attacks in public places, completely strike “Lone Wolf” terrorist activities.
