丹参对急性肾衰的疗效观察及机理研究

The Effective Observation and the Mechanism Research on Acute Renal Failure Treated with Danshen

在临床观察的基础上,利用放射性生物微球技术进一步探讨了丹参对家兔甘油性急性肾功能衰竭的保护作用及其作用机理。研究结果表明,丹参有增加肾血流量,改善肌酐清除率,降低血尿素氮和利尿作用,其作用机理可能与钙拮抗剂异搏定相似。文章重点讨论了丹参的作用机制和临床应用等问题。

The protecting effect and its mechanism of Danshen (Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae) on acute renal failure induced by glycerin in rabbits had further been explored with the radioactive bio-microball technique on the basis of the clinical observation. The research results showed that Danshen had the of offects of increasing the volume of blood flow in kidneys, improving the clearance rate of creatinine, lowering blood urea nitrogen and diuresis, and its mechanism might be similar to the antagonist of calcium—isoptin.
